I also noticed the collers on the pressure plate sit quite far out, so much so, that the previous owner has had to use 3 washers on each clutch...
Cheers, well can get all gears now, but when I put in 1st and release clutch it just creeps a foot...think the plates are knackered, pushrod fully...
