Apparently so, I assumed that if they did brembo caliper kits they would do m/cyl kits as well. It seems I was wrong. :(

When did you last change the clutch fluid? If it has any air or moisture absorbed into it you'll get problems as the engine warms up.
As already said, fit new cables. If you go for a new battery (I personally would) to replace what may be an already fairly old one then get one...
