Think it's one of those where you need to see it in the flesh before deciding, I think it looks good in the photos but could be disappointing in...
I didn't think the 2005 was terribly rare or valuable, but maybe it is now. The 1998 and 2006 ones were the rocking horse poo/expensive ones....
I have a copy of that very book, but didn't pay anywhere near that amount for it a couple of years ago

Well, sad bugger mission complete. Found and bought a 1998 at start of year and have just bought a 2006 on eBay. Very happy.
