Nope, apparently it didn't need one.. though I have been out on it since and it's been riding fine.
Final update; So the garage took a look at the bike, signed it off with a clean bill with the mechanic saying there's nothing wrong with it....
It's booked in tomorrow morning with Hyside to be looked at. Did check both cylinders, and they are hot!

Hi All, Just thought I'd update, I've drained all the fuel out of the tank (an entire buckets worth), will fill it today with fresh fuel to see...
I'm really hoping that I haven't dropped a cylinder, otherwise that'll be an expensive repair!
I did stick it right into the bottom of the tank, I will let it settle overnight and then do it again in the morning to confirm it.
I got a mouthful as I was siphoning it off. Definetely petrol. Can still taste it now! :sob::laughing:

Nope! Nothing on the dashboard. Was serviced in November 2019.
I had a low amount of fuel in there anyway, so just topped it up for the ride. Though I'm glad I didn't go far. :joy:

I could do a dip test to see if there's water in it. I'd be surprised if there is though.
