    Yes,it is fixed & quite a shallow angle.I've got a Zumo 550 and don't notice any reflection.I tried the Navi halter but prefer this

    Motorrad-I'd.com make a nice handlebar clamp which is pre-drilled to take most brackets,it's a straight replacement,no extra clamp or brackets...
