No probs. It's excessive sealant that came out during assembly. Nothing to worry about. With a bit of wd40 you could wipe the rest off.

As above the small block 600/750 needs a little trimming. I use to make lots of them a few years ago. I can still make a batch if there are enough...

They use some kind of silicone it's called three bond TB1215 it's as it left the factory grey silicone.
