Same as OR. I loosened mine off with a large screwdriver head and brake cleaner. Spin nicely now.

I wouldn't bother replacing discs or pads until I'd bleed the brakes. You could be wasting a load of cash for the price of a bottle of brake fluid.
They are 2 different products! One is a water dispersant and one is an electrical contact cleaner.
Spray it with electrical contact cleaner. WD40 will make it sticky and crap will stick if you use WD40.
I took my rear caliper off, elevated it above the seat and bled it through. Was full of air. Perfect now.
