    Question about the key guard on the 1098

    Yep, its the sensor for the key chip thingie! I wound some double sided tape around the ignition barrel cover and stuck it on there, near enough...

    You're not supposed to use a charger which has a de-sulphate mode. The small plug is for balance charging. You can pick up cheap chargers...
