Simple! Open up the oil drain gallery if its a problem. Your not adding a oil feed just replacing the internal oil feed. On the later 2v injection...

You will need a 916 996 st4 748 888 oil cooler,, it has a extra banjo for the oil feeds. Yes drains from heads back into sump. I did the grub...

Thats it Mate, But you still have the option to do it off the oil cooler and use the 4v type oil lines.

I would tap out and grubscrew the troublesome oil way and buy a 4v type oilcooler with the braided oil pipes and drill/tap out the cam shaft end...
