Two different part numbers for the 1199/1299 and the V2 & V4. IIRC, it’s the offset which changes.
Oh, and no steel or even steel particles as the anodising will react badly to it.
@Jez900ie, threads shouldn’t be affected by anodising. Use Kais up near Preston, they often take fork legs in for anodising. They’ll sort you....
I couldn’t find the 1299S bulbs anywhere online. Gave up in the end. But those defo aren’t the ones Ducati use in the 1299S
Forgot to mention, I took my rear sets to a machine shop to get them polished. What bits are they and what needs masking off?
Better then the std one but not as good as an alloy one
Pair of wheels in good condition. Rear comes with a brand new T43 lightweight alloy sprocket and the front comes complete with the brake discs....
Depends on what parts. If anodising, try colour anodising near Manchester. Word of warning. Cast alloy parts come out shit unless you get them...
Put a few chips aside and stuff them with paracetamol. Let them take the chips and just sit back and watch! :joy:
Hi Mick. Did you get the 6R sorted? @ducati dad
Yeah, should be fine though I’ve no idea about the wheel weight.
Just seen it. OBO, go in at £200?
No mate, no way of fitting a std 899/959 wheel to fit the single sided arm… I managed to pick up a mint 1200S rear wheel up for £160 but that was...
A 1200S monster wheel will fit. Still miles lighter then the std 899 wheel and cheaper then Pani wheels. [ATTACH]
Took the Termingnoni cans and exhaust parts to Raw Wheels in York for Cerakoting satin black. Should look decent with the yellow bodywork.
Nice one, Bal. I’ll have a ride out with you while you’re running it in. Might be able to keep up with you then! :-) Are you keeping the V4 SF then?
Get a de cat pipe on and forget about trackdays. They are stupidly loud. Had one on mine for a few months then ditched it for the under belly jobbies.
Just had a quick look and only thing suitable are ones from China, (don’t know if that’s a problem)… Don’t you have any local engineering shops?...
Dead jealous, wish I was going…
My setup was, upgraded starter leads, a Diavel / Panigale or other mosfet R&R and a Shorai lithium battery. Cranked over the engine and started...
