Disable the thing
The fault im almost certain will be the exhaust valve. Its a good idea to take the cable off the valve and make sure the valve is free to move in...
That noise may be the screen mounting..? The sliding carrier has a lower mounting that sometimes wears a little loose then starts knocking when...
I think the fuel gauge is a bit inaccurate on our bikes, I'm on my second fuel sender, it worked ok for a while, but now it appears to have a mind...
Don't remember having a problem rivets,mine lined up ok, I remember it was a bit tight getting a spanner in to tighten it up correctly, but all ok...
