Cleaned it up today and took some fluid out. it was almost to the top of the cylinder. dropped it to just under the max mark. see what happens...
Looks like it might be. i hadnt topped it up but was pushing the brakes a bit today and had a moment a car pulled out on me and had the ABS working.
