Blimey, a lot of bike for ya dollar. Unfortunately, even at £7,500 it's about £1,500 over my budget.
I would be doing a bit of commuting on it, yes. But I've put in my stint of all year riding (abandoning bike due to a blizzard etc) and nowadays...
If you're offering it for the same price as a 748 S/SP/SPS, then I may consider it. ;)
Not that I'm a hater. I think the 999/749 looks perfectly decent, and time has aged it's looks well. But I've never lain in the bath daydreaming...
The head says the 749 is a better bike for the money, but I didn't have a picture of one on my wall.....
It could, but to be honest, I've kind of done the whole warp speed riding thing, and now I've got two young kids I want to slow down, just a bit....
if you can give me the diameter and thickness, I can lasercut you one from clear acrylic. Maybe not OEM, but free and easy.
