What material are the bolts going into? M6 bolts into alloy, 13nm sounds plausible to me, and I'm guess LOCK 5 refers to the grade of thread lock...

New heat elements arrived, only showing 9ohms on my meter for the pair so I think I won't fit them until one (or both) of mine fails.

Get in touch with Ducati if you haven't got the reset button in the fob, they should be able to see the update on their system. Mine hasn't...
Except mine was doing it with a good battery in. Changing the battery didn't fix it, removing the battery for 20 minutes did.
Take battery out of fob for 20 mins, put it back in, should work. Just had my fob replaced by Ducati, I now have a reset button but haven't had...
