I returned the 748 back to road-going condition ready for the MOT next week. Number plate, mirrors, indicators, and at least tried to get the rear...
I didn't know they'd gone. When did that happen? Nice people, always had a soft spot for them.
Or you can learn to do it yourself if you've got a set of spanners, a torque wrench, a modern cellphone, and are good at following instructions.

Looking at the gaps around the headlights, I think the nosecone is non-original.
Don't forget the tank seals, fuel filter, fuel hoses. There's a chance they've perished over the years.

Because its too easy for the stand to flip up when you move the bike, and then you drop it. The repair bill for the new panels makes you question...
