Just like new then! :upyeah:
Sounds decent enough. What did the refresh include? @JoeC
Are you Roy by any chance? :)
I’d try a soft brass brush first Sev. Just to avoid scoring the cases...
Not sure weather the sand cast cases have some sort of protective coating on them but can’t see anything on there.
Can’t see them getting oxidisation. As long as kept dry...
Agree, the bare sandcast finish looks better and stays looking good. The sight glass pushes out from the inside. A new one is only a few quid from...
Could you keep us updated with the dash housing mate? Thanks
Mate, no problem at all. Are you going to bother with idiot lights for the fuel reserve and neutral?
Haha, he reckons his are made of titanium! He had one up for £900 saying it was brand new but still had all the marks showing from fitting.
Well done mate. Coming together nicely. I like the frame colour, it’s what I’m after for my wheels. Is the dash finished then?
Ok mate. No rush, please crack on!
But... what about the important bit? :)
Personal choice about selling now or later for the parts. People are still buying spares. And good choice for the chain and sprockets. 15/38 works...
Std alloy ones now go for between £250 to £300 used obviously. Aftermarket ones were about £200 but not sure now.
Looks shit mate. I bet you can’t wait to get back to Europe.
People are always on the look out for them. They’d be a good seller if someone could do a decent design. :upyeah:
