No mate, the 1098 is my first venture into twin cylinder ducatis. I came from a Triumph daytona, Kawasaki ZXR750, GSXR1000 plus a KR1S.
I have a 1098 base. It is about as good a sportsbike I can get to suit my 6ft 4" frame. I have the race seat on it which gives an extra inch or so...
