i think the 1199s has wings fitted to the nosecone? They clip on to the standard nose.

Pcp can be cheaper. My mrs fiesta is £80 a month on pcp but on pch it was 115+ vat.

I think first you need to decide if you are planning to pay the end value. If the answer is no, then buy the newest bike possible for your deposit...
How on earth don't you pay vat on a pch? The prices might be plus vat in order for a business to claim vat like they would for other purchases but...
