I removed the plastic covers. Had to lift subframe and tank up and out of way. Leaves a nasty exposed cam cover but cnc parts make a cover

I've got a home made ramp. Every time I move a bike I use it with a van from work. Took about a hour to make and £20 of wood. Might be worth it...
