Is the bike in the UK or in Italy? Whoever does the coc process has to examine the bike. It's true that not all manufacturers do this, I got a KTM...

Hi Markie, the technical sheet you speak of is the "certificate of conformity". These are provided by Ducati Italy through the Ducati dealer...
