No its only the HADEC caameras that are permanently on, and seem to trigger around 90mph on the M25. Variable speed limit cameras only operate...
I take what i can get....i aint fussed!
Hadecs 3 cameras havd been live for about 2 years on M25 and generally are not triggered below 80mph, where did you get your info from?
