There might be a couple of factors at play here . One is that the fuel pump doesn't scavenge from the "bottom" of the tank , or even near to it ,...
I haven't come across POR-15 before today . My ST4 tank started to weep fuel about 10 years ago , from the seat end , where the bracket / hinge...
