The sound when u start up could be the exhaust flappy valve. Have you installed the up-map with the slip ons and filter?

If it’s an intermittent issue it may well be ok on switching on. Deffo worth listening out for though

Sorry to hear of your woes. Has the exhaust flappy valve been checked..The valves are known to stick on certain models. Not sure about yours but...
