There are next to no additional ways of carrying stuff on the V4 without aftermarket stuff, unless you strap a bag to the pillion seat.

The V4 tail tidy is now listed on the Evotech website but not yet ready to view or order. It costs £250!!!

Pretty sure the carbon screen is the same size as the standard PP screen.
