Yes thats brand new stuff secondhand on ebay is £3-500 ish...
Or you could change the clock the ecu and locks sets go for around £300-500 I think

I am pretty sure you can get the immobiliser switched off for somewhere round £150 then you just need a copy of thd key without a transponder
