Cool. So looks like I may have found my fault then (hopeful!). I'll check the rear loom and the connectors and try again.
The only electrical fault I can find is in the rear light/indicator circuit. If I wiggle the connector slightly the light goes out, might explain...

I don't think you can simply plug in an EPROM chip on this ECU. Can you? The only way to switch between two maps would be to download software...
Dyno always gonna be best. Id recommend this even for a standard machine, worth every penny. As for Db, don't know, the asy Termi is around 110 Db...
