Some of the carbon wheel failures on ducatis is either the hub getting to hot (overtightening of bolts) or the rear brake disk (used in racing.....
maybe the development cost of the V4 engine to bring it down to road spec was just to great they had to compromise, else maybe we wouldnt actually...
