I used polyurethane glue which foams up so to speak itself. So when shaping it was easy to sand and cut. I fibre glassed over the top and filler....
That's how I did my rear seat unit but I glued foam wall insulation together and shaped that. It took four weeks of cutting and shaping. [ATTACH]
