I think I've sent you a PM, not 100% sure I've done it right! Would like to take you up on your kind offer, the sprocket will take a disc.
Pitch size makes no difference but tooth count does, inserts are made to tooth size so you do need the right one.
Hi, I'd be grateful of that gold disc if that's ok with you? I can Paypal the money across or transfer, which ever's preferable. Thanks, Trevor.
Very kind of you! Is yours a 42t? I doubt the 525 will be any different to the 530 so that shouldn't matter, I'll wait for mine to arrive and...
Yeah, I couldn't find these in the UK, just a sprocket with a single colour option and not gold. Plenty in Europe but then the cost escalates with...
Sorted now, got a 525 42t rear, Diavel 15t front and ZVMX 525 110 link chain. I never really had any issues with the standard gearing, just...
That was quick! Looks like a JTF 741.15 is the DS1000 and Diavel sprocket so will be fine then, thanks.
Cheers, I'll await his input. Front sprocket from the Diavel looks to fit the old 1000DS Multi too, I think I have a new one of those in the shed.
Yeah, not common are they! Having scoured the internet some more, I can get a 525 rear Supersprox and pair that up with a Diavel front sprocket,...
Have Supersprox stopped making the tri-metal rear sprockets for the Multi? Can't find a 42t in the UK, few in Germany on eBay but I'll likely be...
Yes, that's exactly what they do. I don't ride at night very often but, I'm always amazed by how much the little spots light up the places nearer...
Every little helps, as they say, I ride with the spots on all the time, probably to the annoyance of the other drivers but, at least they know I'm...
I have the standard ones on my GT and they do exactly what you want, light up the edges of the road around 5-20 metres ahead of you just to fill...
A guy I ride with on a V4 PP has the Rosso 4's, they're not the best at this time of year. For the first 10 miles on a Sunday ride you can hear...
You wouldn't really need the overhaul kit as an emergency backup, just the seal kit, then you'd have to find a place willing to do the job, if...
If you're going to replace any plug leads, I'd start with the centre horizontal cylinder as it's the one which gets all the road grime and...
I'd buy one tomorrow as it would suit me and my riding but, unfortunately not my wallet:sob: it costs more than my house did in 1991:joy:
No, it'll be fine on engine cases, cylinders and heads, it'll smoke a bit the first time it gets hot but it'll leave the protective residue....
I'd smother that area with ACF50 before refitting the covers.
That looks nice and quiet:joy::joy:
