Just had a look at mine see this connector .... [IMG] [IMG] That connector where you can see the blue wire goes into an idle control valve...
If it was a car I would be looking at how the idle speed bypass works , is it some kind of stepper motor or variable window that allows more air...
Does it do when you have been idling for a time , then just as you crack throttle open it sort of does a sneeze and cuts
Has the bike ever over heated badly whilst you have owned it ? What has fuel consumption been like way previous to this fault it has now ?
I'm not sure on he multi but very often idle speed can only be adjusted with diagnostic gear , have you took the bike for a good run to allow it...
Thanks I'm no suspension expert either but reading up sort of goes that the suspension works best in its second third of its overall travel...

Wind pre load off so less twang as you un do top , the comp and rebound turn all the way clockwise whilst counting turns so you know where to go...
Yes they come apart easy enough , I'm no suspension expert but just lay everything out , keep things the correct way up , when you take the spring...
