Freak would be about right, about 150 at the fly wheel. My 04 R makes 152 at the fly wheel with a full 57mm system, mapped. They make similar power.
Yes will be better to change it as you don't have a great tyre choice with the std rim. In fact you don't have any choice and its not the best....
Just get an angle grinder on it, a nice big blade and in less than 15 min, job done :upyeah:
