since when do they charge to fit bits you order with the bike FFS. everytime i get a new one they will fit any bits and pieces FOC when they PDI...
yup, they pay out for the value of the bike so its then theirs but you can usually buy back the salvage or as you say they will dispose of it....
bloody hell, my Hideout made to measure leathers are about 23 years old. But its OK, no way i can fit in them now anyway o_O
assuming you buy the write off back off the insurance company. depending what they want for it, might not be worth it...or might be good earner...

How does that compare size wise? Ironically on my 1260pp i found the stock carbon screen was great whereas when I rode the 1260s the screen was...
