Don't tempt fate Al, its taken 4 years to get her running, I'm sure it was the rubbers between carbs and engine. Brand new second hand rubbers...

Hello and welcome. I don't think it will fit as there's no mounting lugs on the SS. Do I fell a tread coming on involving alot of welding!!
changing them looks to be the easy part, getting to them would be another matter!!
If you did go, anyone, what did you think? I didn't go myself but the people I know who did go said it took them over a hour to get in due to...

Mine had rotted out when I got it, mixed up a load of fiberglass resin and tipped it in and then spun it around for a while, its water tight now....
