I can only compare with a Yamaha YS125 and a Yamaha XJ6. The front brake on the XJ6 was nowhere near as sharp, but imo rear brake felt better than...
Tbh with the original lever was pretty sharp too.
Riding in urban mode has the full ABS on, maybe its just me being heavy handed. I will mention it to the dealer when it goes in for its first service.
Just find them very sharp, have to be really careful if steering it slightly turned pulling breaks to a stop at a corner or something.

It’s the screw behind the hose that’s got me, I’ve ordered long bull nose Allen key set and will give it another go.
I bought the Evotech Radiator and Engine guards for my 821, fitted the engine gaurds easilly, but the radiator guard looks a bit of a pain to fit....
