I have a full face helmet, you get 2 versions, one with a boom mic for open face and one for full face with a wired mic. Easy to fit and easy to use.
I use a Sena SMH5 (other makes are available)and phone calls are clear up to 70-80mph, sat nav instructions clear as a bell too.
