Not correct. The only 749 with a deep sump engine is the R, all the others are shallow sump. 999 had the deep sump on base model '05-'06.
The black swingarm is only around 400g lighter (~6kg vs. ~5.6kg).
That's a '03-'04 model which has been registered '05. It has (had) the grey wheels, frame/subframe and swingarm and also has old model belt covers...
