Even so, don't expect miracles. In my experience, Ducatis don't stand up nearly as well as Jap bikes. See here.

RouteConverter will save in all sorts of formats, and remembers the one you last worked with. It's just a case of plotting your route, saving it...
I use Navigon, but it's now a bit pricey for full Europe maps. Copilot seems good value for money. If I was buying now, I'd probably go for that.
