My SP3 comes up as non-compliant on both sites. Mind you, as with KevB, the chances of me actually riding into the ULEZ are very remote!
If you pop your registration number into this website, it'll tell you yes or no. (Deleted link) FWIW it tells me that my 851 SP3 is not ULEZ...
