The original Tokico calipers are crap on Suzuki and the yam swap makes a big improvement. M4's even more so.
I had the same setup as cookster on a K8 750. There is a guy on ebay that makes spacers to any size if you need them.
Suzuki ones are removable I fitted Yam blue spots to mine then M4's to another.
Not all radial brakes have them. I've removed them before to fit different callipers with no problems. They just pull out with a bit of force.
