16mm is the standard MC bore for the clutch slave, 19mm is pretty much (there are exceptions) the standard MC bore for a twin disc front end....

The panel fit & finish under the light cluster on the Panis seems to vary a lot, I've noticed it on brand spanking 0 mile showroom models...
