Where does it go in, is it along the handlebars?
There's no screw, it's internal and needs a special tool which is a cranked flat bar

Just a thought, this is on a 1200s, this is the switch gear for the computer, it's quite a big thing. Was yours on a Pikes Peak?

I can't see where it splits, there must be a top and bottom. The outer cover on the bottom came away with the screws out, the top is not so keen....
