I did a hole in my vans diesel fuel rail about 4 years ago with JB Weld and it’s held up absolutely fine. Degrease with acetone or brake cleaner...
If it was mine I’d have a go with JB Weld and then if that doesn’t work get it tig welded. Just make sure it’s spotlessly clean before using JB Weld.
