Pretty much the same here :D the wheelie control had the biggest impact for me, it's off in all modes.
I use Urban a lot more than I thought I would over the years, mainly for those miserable days caught in a city or built up area.

Not so much a guide, but yes, just removal all panels, tank, air box and you might shave an hour or two from the dealersteal prices.
