Just had a look. 105db should be OK but the guy on the noise meter is notorious. Take those baffles! Could be tempted myself!
What's the limit on the day? Mine is about 102 without baffles from slash cut end cans rather than a full system. Obviously depending on conditions

I didnt show my workings :D Standard 848 - 18.8 kg for both wheels BST - 5.2kg for both wheels 18.8-5.2 = 13.6kg
So if you went for BST's you'd loose over 13.5kg from the standard 848 wheels? Thats a lot of weight but a lot of money and not much fidding...
If you want to go faster, I expect the best money spent is on training. Not as bling but it'll make you faster everywhere ;)
