Im using a heat gun to soften the material where its needed to go over a curve (everybloodywhere). You can feel it get floppy and it flattens out...

The fairings were as hard as I expected! There's so many external curves which mean cutting the vinyl which is means you then have to join it up...

I would reset your TPS, balance your flange bracket, empty the top breather hose, clear the Ltwin pathway, make sure they are set at 90 degrees...
