My solution was to give them all safety cars to race in and encourage contact ;)
Lots of people now quoting marshals, who were apparently told very early on that Racing wouldn’t happen but they kept the crowd in to keep...
Riders were saying they were spinning up at 15% throttle. Not good. Circuit to blame 100%
