Torque is the same as the tensioner nut at 26nm, I used medium strength loctite, can't hurt.
Having got the bearings and given the unknown age, service etc. I'd be changing them, it's not a difficult job. Those bearings last well but...

Tensioner nut torque is 26nm according to the manual but, you'll struggle to get a torque wrench on the vertical (with the engine in the frame)....
