Motul 300V certainly does. I've serviced my 916 after standing for 4 months and noticed the cams & rockers have a good coating on them...
Speedo is mechanical so no. If it is limited then an ECU/chip would solve the problem.
The rocker pins do move out a little and make those marks - nothing to worry about IMO. As for the oil leak, change the gasket.
