so is it the ride you find uncomfortable or the riding position??
i did change the springs front and rear in mine and had it set up by jhp when i bought it.
What seat do you have on it mate?? I find my pani r very comfy, It Came with the race seat but changed to a comfy seat.

I've got a yuasa battery and the starter cables upgrade . Never had a problem
One question, the weather looks wet for the TT do they still race if its raining??
I'm taking my triumph street triple so it's a bit easier to ride than the super bike
We're looking at the Manx, doing TT this year as never done it.
