I say this every time a screen thread comes up, a short screen for normal day to day and the standard screen with a Wunderlich (or similar)...
You do have to get the jacket serviced every 2 years I think. Can you ask about a goodwill claim from Ducati if it turns out to be the bike?
I had a similar fault on my D-Air, I didn’t have a jacket though, where the DAir light stayed on. I was still able to ride the bike I got my unit...
